1 Year Product Warranty
PLS TAKE NOTE - Our 1 Year Warranty is ONLY APPLICABLE TO LOCAL (Singapore) CUSTOMER BUYER.
It does not cover overseas buyer customer. That is becoz we could not conduct a string break repair or adjustment services for overseas customer. It is not feasible for overseas customer except for the local. However, we do returns / exchanges for overseas buyer under a damaged goods condition.
1 year product warranty. That includes-
Local Coverage
1) Local string breaks repair service & Wrist adjustments re-string up to 5 times within a year. Pls call or email us for a service date and time arrangement.
2) Replacement of item request for defected or damaged beads received - up to 1 time.
(Item inspection will be carry out before a repair or replacement of items.)

-We will be responding back to you within 12-24 hrs.

Defects item returned process from overseas
Replacement request.
-Overseas buyer may return defected items via own parcel. However, he/ she has to bored their own shipping cost for the product returns
If is just a string breaks up issues (which we believed it’s highly unlikely to happen). It is recommended to look out for a local services to help you fix a new string.
