Our Turnover Time - handmaking your bracelet or items. (Local & Worldwide order)


We will proceed handmade your jewellery and packet it within 3 business day after receiving your small order (1-5).
However, if your order is hugh example: 6 to 50 or more orders, our turnover will be up to 7 days.


Local Delivery - Within Singapore (100% FREE Shipping To You)


After that, Your parcel will be sent for delivery via Singpost. You should received your items within 3 working days. If you still do not receive your items after 1 week, pls email us at we will surely help you look into the issues. 

ALL delivery services within Singapore is 100% FREE whether you buy a normal or premium bracelets/ item.


There are two types of dispatch for local delivery -

Basic package (Untracked)

If you buy a normal design bracelet (below $30) from our shop, upon receiving your purchase notice,

our team will start making your item, packing your item within 2 days and ship out via Singpost basic package delivery.

COVID-19 impacts


Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we are unable to guarantee shipping timeframe for Singpost. This is due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and a substantial increase in parcel volumes as more people shop online. Please give them more time to deliver if necessary. You may email us, if your order is already over the given shipping time frame.


All Shipping to the rest of the world default will shipped by Singpost. Pls check the video below for their specific updates.

Singpost service may be temporarily suspended to many parts of the world due to covid19 situation. 


Shipping methods may change from time to time as the world now is still in the pandemic period. However, our service level will not.


If you do not receive your parcel but it is marked as delivered by the shipping company, we will open an investigation. If we are unable to claim due to this policy we will only be able to reward you with a 50% off code for the same Items you purchased, but is to be re-ordered.


Which countries do you ship to?

We ship all over the world. However, as mentioned above, Singpost service may be temporarily suspended to many parts of the world due to covid19 situation. You may see below video data to check your own country status with Singpost.


How much will it cost to ship my order? And how long will it take to arrive?


All orders are handmade to order out of the selected, freshest natural stone beads and charms spacer design. meaning you get the most amazing meaningful bracelets you will have ever own. 


The shipping cost will be one flat rate of S$37 (Sing Dollar).

It will generally take around 4-24 business days for your items to reach you depending on the distances of your country from Singapore and your custom duties clearance speed as well as covid19 pandemic situation control.

Please note:

  • All customers are responsible for covering taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.

  • If taxes and/or duties are refused by the customer (you), the parcel may be destroyed or returned to us. If we receive your parcel back, we will contact you to let you know, and discuss shipping costs to re-deliver.

  • Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.

  • Once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details. We recommend contacting Speedpost directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order before contacting Hannel.

  • It is the customers responsibility to keep an eye on their tracking. If the tracking says the parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it. Please contact Speedpost or your local Post Office within 5 business days to discuss next steps with them.


About RETURNS & EXCHANGES from Local & Overseas / What is your online return policy?



Defects item returned process from locally / Replacement request.

If is just a string breaks up, string adjustment issues or damaged beads, its covered within 1 year warranty period. Hannel Jewellery is able to assist in re-string it for you or do a one 1 to 1 product exchange locally for damaged goods. 

Pls contact us via email at: if you want to do a return & exchange or re-string services. An meeting appointment arrangement can be make locally.

Defects item returned process from overseas / Replacement request.

From time to time, a parcel may be damaged (as well as the item inside the package) in the shipping process.

Overseas buyer may return defected items via their own parcel. However, he/ she has to bored their own shipping cost for the product returns.


If is just a string breaks up issues (which we believed it’s highly unlikely to happen).  It is recommended to look out for a local services to help you fix a new string. 


Pls contact us via email at: should you intended to return to us defected items as above. email us 1st before attempting any shipping out of items. We can help you to verify if a return via shipping is necessary. 


Sent us below info for Verification purposes in email-

-A image of your purchase receipt.

-A few pictures/ short video clip showing your defected, damaged area. 


We will be following up with your case within 3 days. 

Alternatively, we can offer customer a a 50% off code for the same Items you purchased, but is to be re-ordered.

You may also contact Speedpost or your local Post Office within 5 business days to discuss damaged goods issues. They may require pictures of the damaged items and shipping bag as verification edvience.

Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from original purchase. Any longer than 14 days will result in forfeiture of the return and refusal of the package. Store credit for returns will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Hannel Jewellery cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact for exchange assistance. 

Do you offer gift packaging?

We do not have the time to go specific into packaging. But nonetheless, our quality packaging standard can be directly taken as a perfect gift wrapped to yourself or whoever you wish to give to as a present or gift.

About Refund Policy


Products are considered as sold upon successful sales transactions. Hannel Natural Stones & Jewellery do not

accept refund for sold products.

How are orders sent?

We use Registered Package International (Small Packet) and it will be sent within (6-16 days). If you require your order urgently let us know at and we're happy to send it first class for you via Speedpost Prority or Express. 

What is Your Payment Processor?

When you checkout from our online shop you will be taken to either Stripe CreditCard or Paypal. These two payment processor is established to be very secured, quick and easy. You will be receiving a email details of your order upon checking out paying an item.

Is Free Shipping Ever Offered?

We are currently offering free standard shipping within Singapore on all orders. Free standard shipping takes about 2-5 business days in transit, not including processing time.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, and another email from us with the tracking information once your order has shipped. 


We provide tracking information immediately upon shipment – and you must choose the additional “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” shipping upon checkout for further guarantee of delivery. Please contact us DIRECTLY if you have an issue with delivery – please do not contact your bank or payment method first.

Once we’re finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any ordered items will be included in this email. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an faster alternative. Upon shipment, most orders are on the way to you according to the given estimated timing.

I wasn't home to sign for my package. What do I do?

It is a best practice to alert your family members be ready to received an shippment order. It is recommended that someone must be home to sign for the package or the delivery driver will not be able to leave the package. If you miss a delivery, the driver will leave a notice with further instructions on how to reschedule a delivery. You can also call the carrier, Speedpost, and give them the tracking number. They will be able to assist with scheduling a redelivery. Once the package has shipped with the signature confirmation option enabled, there is no way to remove it. Please be aware of this when selecting yes for the signature option. 

If you miss your first delivery and do not reschedule or pick up your package at the shipping carrier's facility, the package will be returned to Hannel Jewellery. Hannel Jewellery is not responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred for re-shipping your items. Should your package be returned to us, we are happy to reship it once the shipping fee has been collected.

My package wasn't delivered on its expected date. What do I do?

Once a package has left our facility, Hannel Jewellery is no longer in control of it. Due to the current global pandemic, all shipping carriers are experiencing delays. If your package has been delayed, you need to contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking number Hannel Jewellery has provided. The shipping carriers only speak with the receiver of the package, not the sender. Hannel Jewellery can only see the same tracking information as the customer so calling the carriers directly will be the quickest way to find your package. 

Do You Ship To P.O Box?

PLEASE NOTE: Hannel Natural Stones & Jewellery does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
